This project involved the development of Nigeria’s Official Food Safety Training Platform—an initiative endorsed by NAFDAC, the Federal Ministry of Health, and the House of Representatives Committee on Safety Standards. The site provides accessible, stage-specific training across the entire food value chain, from farmers to street vendors. The platform enables individuals and businesses to undergo professional food safety training and receive national certification, contributing to improved public health and food quality across the country.
